TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The contest is open to all MLE and Daelim motorbike owner only. The contest requires participant to guess the Winner of FIFA World Cup 2014 Brazil.
2. The contest period shall commence from 1st June 2014 to 26th June 2014.
3. The following shall be submitted to Motor Legend Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“The Organizer”) for the purpose of participant to this contest:
   • - Photocopy of grants (geran) motorbike
   • - Photocopy of MyKad
4. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. More than one entry into a contest will disqualify the entrant.
5. All contest submission shall reach us on or before 28th June 2014. Any late submission thereafter shall not be entertained.
6. The results of the contest will be announced on MLE official Facebook Pages. It is the responsibility of the participant to regularly follow the post by MLE.
7. The winners will be chosen through lucky draw from participants who had guessed correctly.
8. Motor Legend Enterprise Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any entries which are incomplete, illegible, submitted beyond the deadline or such other reason(s) as Motor Legend Enterprise Sdn Bhd deems fit.
9. Motor Legend Enterprise Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice.
10. The judge’ decision is final, conclusive and no further correspondence, queries or appeal shall be entertained
11. All participants in the contest agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions of Motor Legend Enterprise Sdn Bhd.
12. Motor Legend Enterprise Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend these terms & conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended terms & conditions will supersede the existing terms & conditions.
13. The participants hereby agrees that prior to the participation of this contest, the participants had read and understand the terms and conditions of this contest.
